Employment Services
Employment is at the core of what we do.
We partner with local employers and community organizations to help clients prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in integrated settings.
Our focus is on removing barriers, building skills, and creating sustainable employment outcomes that promote long-term independence.
Employment Exploration
Community-based services that introduce clients to employment options and career pathways. Activities may include job shadowing, informational interviews, career assessments, and hands-on work experiences to support informed choice about competitive, integrated employment.
Employment Development
Individualized services that assist clients in securing competitive, integrated employment or pursuing self-employment. Support may include resume development, interview preparation, job search assistance, and employer outreach.
Employment Support
Ongoing services that help clients maintain and succeed in employment. Supports are individualized and may include on-site coaching, skill reinforcement, communication support, and collaboration with employers to promote stability and growth.
Individualized Home Supports (IHS)
We provide home and community-based supports tailored to each client’s authorized services and personal goals. Services are authorized through home and community-based service programs and are delivered according to each client’s Support Plan.
IHS with Training
Skill-building services that promote independence in daily living, community participation, and employment readiness. The focus is on developing abilities that increase long-term independence.
IHS without Training
Support services that assist clients in maintaining stability and independence within their home and community environments, based on their Support Plan.
Independent Living & Professional Development
Independent Living Skills
Support in developing daily living skills, decision-making abilities, and personal responsibility at home and in the community.
Professional Development Groups
Small-group sessions focused on workplace readiness, communication, problem-solving, and community participation. Topics rotate in structured sessions designed to strengthen employment outcomes and independence.
