Employment Links serves Duluth, MN and provides excellent services for community-based employment to individuals with barriers. Our mission for the last 30 years has been to bridge the gap between job seekers and Minnesota employers.
Employment Links is an advocate for community integration in all areas of life and provides support and guidance to adults with barriers to community employment and integration. We strive to create a positive work experience for all parties involved and will assist individuals with designing a program that allows them to achieve the greatest level of success.

Employment links use a “Person-Centered” approach to enrich the lives of individuals with barriers to employment through the empowerment of knowledge and individual choice regarding employment and community inclusion.
